2. It has been submitted by Mr. Basu, learned advocate for the petitioner that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed, inasmuch as, the petitioner's request for loan has been acceded to by the bank and the loan has been sanctioned.

3. Ms. Lahiri, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent bank concurs with such submission of Mr. Basu and submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submissions aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
