Report reflects that Raiganj Police Station Case No. 1172 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 has been registered under the relevant provisions of BNS. Having considered the prayer so advanced and the steps taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred has been subserved.

Police authorities are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26255 of 2024 is disposed of.
