The writ application has been preferred being aggrieved by the conduct of the respondent Municipality in not providing a holding number and water connection to the petitioners herein. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent/ Municipality submits that there is a dispute regarding the title of the suit property and the matter is subjudice before a Civil Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that water being an essential requirement and he being in possession of the property is entitled to water connection, subject to the outcome of the civil proceedings.

Accordingly, on hearing the parties in the present case and considering that the petitioners' representations dated 10.09.2025 and 11.09.2025 are still pending before the respondent no.2, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent o.2 shall direct the respondent no.3 to consider the representations dated 10.09.2025 and 11.09.2025 filed by the petitioners, on hearing all the stake holders/parties and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
