Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is engaged in a Sub-Ordinate Court.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State it has been submitted that 311 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered that the provisions of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted, I am not inclined to accept the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1432 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
