Statements of witnesses implicate all the petitioners before us in demand for dowry and torture on the defactocomplainant. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application being CRM (A) 4890 of 2023 is dismissed.
