Mr. Santanu Kumar Mitra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the University and submits that admit cards to the petitioners for the B.A. LLB 8th Semester examination, on payment of examination fees, have been issued.

Mr. Arka Nag, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that his clients are taking the ongoing examination. In view of such development no further order need be passed in this matter.

WPA 25570 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
