By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 4th August, 2022 passed by the Revisional Board under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 on the review application of the petitioner. Considering the impugned order I find no merits in this writ petition and furthermore there cannot be review of an order of review. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 25813 of 2022 is dismissed. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
