Petitioners informed the Officer-in-Charge, of M/L. No.231 Rakib Narendrapur Police Station for providing police protection as they were unable to enter their property. The further prayer of the petitioners was for fencing the said land. Learned advocate for the Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality submits that a recent order has been passed and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. As none appears on behalf of the State Mr. K.J. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State with a junior of his choice. Their appointments may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having considered that the Municipality have already informed the petitioners, I direct that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Municipality, they would approach the appropriate appellate forum.

So far as the police authorities are concerned they would ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26375 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
