It appears from the materials on record that the instant revision was dismissed earlier on 8th April, 2016. Thereafter an application is taken out on behalf of the petitioners for restoration of the revisional application in its original file and number and the same was allowed by passing the order of this Court on 1st July, 2016. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and it indicates that they have lost their interest to proceed with the revisional application. So, there is no justification to keep the revisional application pending. Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 3712 of 2015 is hereby dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
