Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Earlier on 04.12.2024 when the writ petition was called, none appeared for the petitioners. Today also when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioners.

No accommodation is sought for on behalf of petitioners.

The prayer in the writ petition is for quashing of Hirapur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is another case being Hirapur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023. In both the cases, petitioner has been implicated as accused. Having considered the fact that on conclusion of investigation, in both the cases charge-sheets have been submitted not only under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, but also under the provisions of SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, I am of the view that the petitioner be well advised to take up the issues canvassed in the writ petition before the Trial

Court/Special Court at the appropriate stage of the case. No interference is called for at this belated stage.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 26587 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
