Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unnecessarily being detained for 395 days and is renewing her prayer for bail.

On the other hand learned advocate for the State submits that although, charge-sheet has been submitted, the investigating agency intends to file supplementary chargesheet. It has also been pointed out that the subject matter involved in the present case relate to a job scam. Be that as it may, efforts be put in by the investigating agency for submitting the supplementary charge-sheet, if any, within a reasonable period of time.

At this stage, having considered the stage of the further investigation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) no. 2335 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
