The present appeal is for cancellation of bail in connection with the alleged offences under the provisions of Sections 498A/509/34 IPC and 3®(s)(z) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of atrocities), Act 1989 and section 4 of the D. P. Act.

The prayer for cancellation of bail was preferred on 13th October, 2023. There have been no persuasion since then. Accordingly, CRA (SB) 182 of 2023 is dismissed for default.
