The writ petitioner complains that notwithstanding the complaint dated 05.12.2019, the Officer-in-Charge, Bidhannagar Police Station has not taken any steps.

Counsel for the private respondent denies that the water supply to the writ petitioner has been interrupted by any person.

It appears to this Court from the reading of the complaint that the dispute is essentially between the petitioner and her family members. The dispute is totally private in nature. The police have nothing to do in the matter.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
