1. Mr. Dipanjan Datta, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that pursuant to order of this Court dated 30th January, 2024, the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur has passed a reasoned order. He furnishes a copy of the reasoned order, which is taken on record. He also undertakes to serve a copy of the said reasoned order upon the learned advocate for the applicants/petitioner in course of this day.

2. Mr. Bhudeb Chatterjee, learned advocate for the applicant submits that as the order has been passed, the contempt petition may be disposed of.

3. It is found that on 28th August, 2025, the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur has passed a reasoned pursuant to order of this Court dated 30th January, 2024.

4. In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 1697 of 2024 stands disposed of.
