The petitioner is aggrieved that Bhatpara Police Station has not investigated FIR No. 742 of 2022 dated 03.10.2022.

Bhatpara Police Station is represented and has filed a report. It appears that investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet No. 610 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022 has been filed by the Bhatpara Police Station.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he may file a Naraji petition before the Jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 173(8) of the Cr. P. C. 4.

Let a copy of the Charge Sheet be made available to counsel for the petitioner by the Bhatpara Police Station.

Report of the Police dated 30.11.2022 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
