Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Instructions filed in Court be taken on record. It appears that warrant of arrest and proclamation of attachment were issued as against the petitioner. In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the steps taken by the police against the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5450 of 2022 is dismissed.
