Having regard to the averments made in this application, I am of the view that the petitioner has sufficiently explained the reason of her nonappearance before this Court on May 2, 2023, when the matter was dismissed for default. Accordingly, WPA 25090 of 2018 is restored to its original file and number.

Interim order passed in this writ petition is restored.

The amount that has been recovered from the petitioner after the order dated May 2, 2023 till date shall be refunded within a period of seven days from date.

CAN 1/2023 is disposed of.
