5. The conditions of the order granting bail dated December 16, 2024 requiring the petitioner not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of Islampur Police Station and to meet the Investigating Officer of this case once every week, until further orders are waived.

6. All other terms and conditions as provided in the order granting bail dated December 16, 2024 will remain the same.

7. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM (NDPS) 1714 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
