Case 2403 of 2020 now pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Bongaon, North 24Parganas . The present case was last heard on 20.2.2023. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on call. Learned counsels for the State are present.

The present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 4270 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
