The petitioners claim to be teachers in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. They participated in the second RLST and seek marks on account of their prior teaching experience.

It appears that the Commission has already published the interview list containing marks of the eligible candidates including the marks obtained by them on account of their prior teaching experience. 3.

The petitioners rely on the order passed by the Court on 23rd September, 2025 in WPA 22321 of 2025 (Shirsha Ghosh -Vs- State of West Bengal & Ors.).

The prayer of the petitioners for considering their experience of teaching in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya cannot be allowed in view of the fact that the interview list has already been published by the Commission.

Had the petitioners approached this Court at an earlier stage prior to the preparation and publication of the interview list, the prayer of the petitioners could have been considered.

At this stage if the petitioners' prayer is allowed, then the same may unsettle the regular process of recruitment which is being conducted in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
