The petitioners have come up with the plea that the petitioners' application for holding a Durga Puja this year is not being considered by the State.

WPA No. 25038 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioners for holding a Durga Puja within 24 hours from now and convey the outcome to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

Parties shall act on the server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
