1. Although the matter was returnable on November 26, 2025, yet, the same is appearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned" today upon the same being mentioned by Mr. Singh on November 21, indicating that the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Mr. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petitioners are not willing to pursue the writ petition any further and that, he has instructions to request for withdrawal of the writ petition. Emails dated November 20, 2025 and November 22, 2025 addressed to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners by the office of the petitioner no.1 have been handed up to Court. The same are

taken on record.

3. The respondent nos.1, 2, and are represented.

4. As prayed for, WPA 25600 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
