1. By way of public interest litigation the petitioner alleging that there is discrepancy in granting the benefits under Pradhan Mantri Abas Yojona Scheme and in this regard the representation was given to the authorities on 28.08.2023 and alleging that no action has been initiated, this writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned government counsel appearing for the respondent State submitted that the writ petitioner is none other than the father of the erstwhile Prodhan. Further, it is submitted that the Block Development Officer is already looking into the matter and has commenced the inquiry into the allegation.

3. In the light of the same, we direct the 10th respondent, namely, the Block Development Officer to issue notice to all concerned and conduct a comprehensive inquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. This direction be complied with within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
