The present revisional application is filed challenging the order dated 11.09.2015 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Title Suit No. 177/2013. By passing the impugned order learned Trial Court rejected the application filed by the petitioner under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Civil Procedure Code with a prayer for adding themselves as defendants in that suit pending before the Trial Court. It appears that the instant matter is pending since the year 2015 and as such there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in the list. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3741/2015 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application being CAN/1/2016 (Old No.: CAN/7786/2016) is also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
