Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 5 months 22 days and the petitioner is similarly situated as another accused person who has been granted bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary.

I have considered the materials appearing in the case diary and having considered that there are overwhelming materials against the present petitioner so far as the accusations of being a foreigner is concerned, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Case diary be returned to learned advocate appearing for the State.

Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2338 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
