Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The police filed charge sheet.

The victim consumed poison at her matrimonial home. The police complaint was lodged within two years of marriage. The husband is in custody.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5454 of 2022 is dismissed.
