Suman Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Mr. Ghosh is entitled to have a junior of his choice. The appointment of

both Mr. Ghosh and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the concerned authority.

In view the petitioner no more desirous to pursue with the writ petition further, WPA 26421 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
