Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor files a report indicating that the order of this Court has been complied with by giving a hearing to the petitioner and deciding the issue as directed by this Court. It is further submitted that the delay occasioned in doing so was due to the previous Sub-Divisional Officer having been transferred in the meantime.

Accepting the reason for such delay as sufficient and in view of the order of this Court having ultimately been complied with, CPAN 1483 of 2023 is disposed of in the light of the above observations by keeping on record the report filed today.
