Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State and de facto complainant oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail. 3.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of witness shows petitioner and others being variously armed were chasing the victim who was assaulted and murdered by them. In view of the aforesaid materials we are of the considered view this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory

bail. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
