The State has filed a report. Let the same be kept with the records.

From the report we find that prima facie, Sujata Biswas and Piyali Bose are the same person. Hence, the plea of the petitioner that she is actually Sujata Biswas and not Piyali Bose, is not acceptable to us, at this stage. There is sufficient incriminating material against Piyali Bose. The charge is grave. We are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 3657 of 2024 is dismissed.
