Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Avishek Sinha, learned advocate who usually appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. The grievance of the petitioner is that the case was instituted in the year 2021 and the Investigating Agency on conclusion of investigation relating to Baruipur Police Station No. 1236 of 2021 has already submitted chargesheet before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur and the next date is fixed on 16th December, 2023 for appearance. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur is directed to ensure supply of copies to the accused persons on the next date so fixed or within a fortnight thereafter.

The learned Judicial Magistrate in seisin of the matter thereafter would fix dates for consideration of charges. If after consideration of charges, the learned Magistrate is of the opinion

that a case has been made out for trial in that case the learned trial court would fix at least one date in every two months so that the trial of the case can be concluded within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4256 of 2023 is disposed of.
