The petitioner claims to be a part-time teacher in a State Government school and is serving in a sanctioned post since 2018. She participated in the second SLST. She seeks marks on account of prior teaching experience.

The certificate issued by the School in favour of the petitioner on 6th December, 2025 annexed at page 22 of the writ petition is relied upon.

The prayer of the petitioner has been opposed by the learned advocate for the Commission. It has been submitted that the petitioner obtained the certificate in support of her prior teaching experience from the school only on 6th November, 2025.

The certificate relied upon by the petitioner mentions that the petitioner is teaching since 2018 in a

sanctioned post. The Commission is the ultimate authority to take a call on the said certificate. 5.

Without entering into the merits of the said certificate, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Commission to take into consideration the certificate annexed at page 22 of the writ petition. 6.

If the petitioner can be treated to have prior teaching experience, then necessary marks shall be allotted.

Decision shall be taken in the matter at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
