Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition was filed without noticing the subsequent amendment of the relevant Rules, as such his client is not willing to press the writ petition.

As prayed for, WPA 25845 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to say that the direction for personal appearance of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 vide order dated December 12, 2022, stands recalled.

There shall be no order as to costs.

This order, however, shall not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
