The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIR being Haroa Police Station Case No. 355 of dated 12.10.2022 under Sections 427/506/34 of the IPC. It is submitted that since after registration of FIR, the petitioner has been receiving continuous threat from the private respondents.

The Haroa Police Station submits that the petitioner has not been co-operating in the investigation although he has sent several applications for seeking police protection.

The police further submits that 36 FIRs have been registered in the year 2017 and 8 cases ended in Final Report as Mistake of Fact, 2 number of cases were ended in Final Report as False, 2 cases ended in Final Report as True. 4.
Thereafter, 58 cases had been registered in the year 2019 and 48 cases had been registered in
the year 2018. Several cases have ended in reports of Mistake of Fact and False Claim.

In the event of any new threat and intimidation from the private respondent, the petitioner may lodge a formal complaint with the Haroa Police Station.

The police shall, however, make regular vigil at the locale and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.
8.
There shall be no order as to costs.
9.
The report of the Haroa Police Station dated 01.12.2022 is kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
