None appears for the petitioner at the time of second call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear before the selection committee for interview to the post of Laboratory Attendant, which was scheduled to be conducted on and from 16th November, 2007 to 27th November, 2007 Record reveals that by an order dated 1st November, 2007, a coordinate Bench allowed the petitioner to participate in the interview.

Due to passage of time, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
