This writ petition was instituted seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to allow the petitioner to appear in the interview scheduled to be held on 16.11.2007 to 27.11.2007 to fill up the post of Laboratory Attendant in the school concerned. The selection process to fill up the post was initiated in the year 2007.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
