We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners have substantially complied with the conditions of bail. 3.

Accordingly, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, i.e. not to enter Kulpi Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-charge of Dholahat Police Station within whose jurisdiction they are presently residing once in a week are waived.

Petitioners shall report to the Officer-in-charge, Kulpi Police Station once in a month until further orders. 3.

Other conditions of bail shall remain the same.
