And In the matter of : Amrito Mondal @ Amrita ....Petitioner Mr. Arunava Ganguly ...for the petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Mr. Tirthankar Dhali ....for the State Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate, implicating the petitioner, and the other materials including the injury report, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
