None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. This revisional application is pending since 2017. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this revisional application any further. Moreover, status report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge of Chandipur Police Station wherefrom it is found that the learned Trial Court is ready for framing charge on 6th June, 2024.
