1. This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by the coordinate Bench on November 24, 2021 passed in CRM 2176 of 2021.

2. Post bail misconduct is the ground canvassed for cancellation.

3. There are some complaints to the police annexed to the application for cancellation.

4. Post bail misconduct is not established.

5. The contentions that some of the accuseds are absconding cannot be reflected on the persons enjoying the liberty of anticipatory bail granted by the co-ordinate Bench on November 24, 2021.

6. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the private opposite parties.
