1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 18.12.2023.

2. In the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of this order, the words 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia' shall be read as 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat at Nadia'.

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order.

4. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

5. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
