1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the co-accused, Sudip Bhattacharya was rejected on 13th October, 2023. Offence involves kidnapping of a two year old boy for ransom. There are materials connecting the petitioner with the crime. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
