In the table of last raw of page No. 7 of the judgment dated 22nd September, 2025 "it was erroneously recorded as 'Entitlement of Rs.

77,14,520'

instead of 'Entitlement of Rs.

77,08,433'.

In 7th line of paragraph 8 of the impugned judgment and order is modified to the extent that four weeks time to be given to the learned advocate representing the appellant/insurance company to deposit the remaining enhanced amount if, any, before the office of the Learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 22nd September, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
