Petitioner has challenged the vacancy notification dated February 17, 2023 in respect of village Sargachi Bazar near Sargachi Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank Sargachi Bazar, Mouza Gopinathpur, J. L. No. 12, P. S. Beldanga in the district of Murshidabad, which was declared by the concerned Sub-divisional Controller, Food and Supply.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the State authority that none of the candidates qualifed for the same vacancy, thus, the same vacancy has been cancelled. The screen short of the portal regarding the decision of the authority is taken note of.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that the vacancy has been cancelled.

Considering the same, it appears to me that there is nothing remains in the writ petition to be proceeded. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dispose of. Interim order, if any, passed by this Court during the pendency of the instant writ petition is also vacated. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
