CRAN 2 of 2023 is pending praying for extension of interim order. At this stage the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted copies of final report filed by the Investigating Officer before the trial Court. It appears that the case ended in FRT and the accused persons who are the petitioners herein have not been charge sheeted.

The present criminal revision had been preferred praying for quashing of First Information Report being Kanksha Police Station Case No. 333 of 2022 dated September 20,2022

under Sections 406/420/409/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 corresponding to GR Case No. 1775 of 2022 including order dated 13.9.2022 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 all proceedings emanating therefrom pending before the Court of the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Durgapur, Paschim Burdwan against the petitioners herein.

As such the present criminal revision has now become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
