Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim, and others witnesses recorded before the learned Magistrate, implicating the petitioner and the other materials including the injury report and the role ascribed to the present petitioner who is the husband of the alleged victim, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
