1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by notices issued by the CBI and submits that he is being consistently harassed.

3. Central Bureau of Investigation is represented by Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned DSGI. It is submitted that CBI Case No. RC/1/S/2020-EO-6 has been registered by the CBI at Ranchi pursuant to the orders of Jharkhand High Court passed in a Public Interest Litigation. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has been filed on 21st November, 2022 in which the petitioner is an accused.

4. This Court may not have territorial jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition.

5. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any order.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
