Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has control and custody of the premises from where narcotics above commercial quantity i.e. 28.380 kgs. of ganja was recovered. Custodial interrogation to unravel the complicity of the petitioner in the crime is necessary.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
