In the matter of : An application under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 21st August, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhnnagar, North 24 Parganas in connection with Case No. M-16 of 2012 and till date the revisional application has not been admitted. So far as the impugned order is concerned, the same was passed by way of an interim maintenance during the pendency of the final proceedings for disposal.

Having regard to the passage of time and the subject matter of challenge being interim maintenance, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this belated stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3419 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
