1. The petitioner, a guarantor of the loan transaction between the Bank and the respondent no. 4, bereft of the prayers made in the petition, presently seeks copies of the pleadings filed by the Bank in OA 67 of 2017 before the Debts Recovery TribunalII under The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993.

2. Mr. Saha, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 2 & 3, submits that such copies will be furnished by the Bank to the petitioner by 15.12.2025, if not already furnished.

3. With the afore-stated observations, WPA 25887 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
